I really hone in on the foundations of learning to swim, helping achieve a smooth and effortless stroke. This means minimal use of floats and more work on helping swimmers understand their body in the water.

This is quite subjective - everyone learns at different rates and also has different ideas as to what constitutes being able to swim. I normally recommend swimmers to book 2 six-week courses and then check in with their progress following that.

Unfortunately all of our classes are non-refundable or exchangeable. As a small business owner, I try to make my prices as fair as possible and spread out between swimmers and my outgoings remain the same regardless if you can no longer make it.

Unfortunately, as our classes are usually run at capacity it isn’t possible to roll over a missed class.

For all of our beginner sessions, teachers are in the water. This helps provide support and also demonstrations

No, we also host mixed classes in addition to women's-only. All of our women's-only will have it mentioned in the title, and they will be under the women's-only tab on our swimming lesson page.
