February: 6-Week Women's Only Swim Programme, Baker Street (Wednesdays)
A 6-week women's-only swim programme in Baker Street, running between the 5th February - 2nd April (excluding 19th & 26th of February), every Wednesday. Each session is one hour long; either 18:30 - 19:30 or 19:30 - 20:30.
We will be working on the fundamentals of swimming; breath work, flotation, kicking, body position etc. The aim is to make every swimmer more confident and comfortable in the water.
Please choose beginner level 2 if you already have some experience in the water and can float and kick.
What you can expect
A small pool with a max of 5/6 learners per teacher
Two teachers (Omie & Clara), leading the sessions in the water
A moveable floor that is the same level throughout - the floor can move from 1.2m to 1.8m. This enables us to work on both shallow and deep water confidence.
