June: 6-Week Women's-Only Swim Programme, Bermondsey (Thursdays)
A 6-week swim programme, running between the 12th June - 17th July, every Thursday. Each session is 45 minutes.
We will be working on the fundamentals of swimming; breath work, flotation, kicking, body position etc. The aim is to make every swimmer more confident and comfortable in the water.
Please choose beginner level 2 if you already have some experience in the water and can float and kick.
What you can expect
A small, warm pool with a max of 5 learners per teacher (the pool is 15m long with a deep end of 1.6m)
Two expert teachers leading the lessons
Working on the fundamentals of swimming (breathwork, floatation, body position) and correct technique of the strokes in order to enable you to become an effortless and efficient swimmer
Full information, including address, will be provided up to a week before the course starts.
This course is women’s only, with female instructors in a private pool. However, cleaners onsite may be either male or female, and the first session may have customers leaving/getting changed from earlier slots, so please don’t book this day if you require a strict women’s only setting (Sunday evening courses will be more suitable for this). Please note, all courses are non-refundable, nor able to be exchanged. If you have any questions about the course, please do send us an email, as no changes can be made after booking.
