May: 4-Day Intensive Learn-to-Swim Course for Beginners & Intermediates, Mill Hill

Take part in an intensive, four-day, consecutive course aimed at beginner and intermediate swimmers. Make 4 weeks worth of progress in 4 days in the Mill Hill area. The course will run between Tuesday 28th May - Friday 31st May.

Working on the foundations and fundamental swimmers, the aim is for people to come out of the course more confident and comfortable in the water and with basic skills to help them continue their swimming journey. The sessions are 45 minutes each; 7:00 - 7:45am, 7:45 - 8:30am, 8:30 - 9:15am or 9:15 - 10am.

The intermediate session is for those who are comfortable in the water, and can float and do basic movements, and want to focus on technique of the strokes, introduction of arms, building stamina, and deep water confidence.

The beginner session will be covering the basics of breathwork, flotation and introducing movement through push and glides and kicking, with shallow and deep water confidence through jumping in the pool.

This is a mixed swim session with mixed teachers.
