Join us for a one-off swimming ‘masterclass’ hour on the foundations of breastroke swimming. An opportunity to gain a better understanding of efficient swimming techniques in an intimate environment. This lesson will take place on Saturday 8th February, 11:30 - 12:30 in Baker Street.

Learn the technique of the kick, arm pull and breastroke timing in an hour long class. This class is designed for those who already have a basic understanding of swimming on their front. We will go through skills, drills and correction practices.
